In 2010 I was involved in creating a Japanese Festival in Katowice Poland. I've made a logo and a mascot and also helped with organising the event.
The ready rooster mascot design alongside the logo (influenced by sakura petals). The rooster was a symbol of the main organiser's family sygil.
