Falcon Heavy | Illustration Poster

Falcon Heavy | Illustration Poster
This project that began in early February was based around the idea of creating an illustration-based poster that would make a “celebratory reference” to the Falcon Heavy missile launch, that was carried out for the purposes of testing the possibility of transporting humans from Earth to Moon and Mars, to push outer-space tourism to a whole new level.

As you will see in the final outcome, the visual style for this project is that of minimalism, with the inclusion of various lighting effects that range from gradients to inner and outer glows that all-in-all show a distant view from the ocean to the rocket heading into outer-space, with a fire stream trailing behind.

For the display mockup, I decided to go with placing the final design in a gallery-like setting where it would be supported by clips attached to metal wires, but has also been accumulated with the kind of smoke that is present during a rocket launch, and a background that simultaneously blends in with the colour palette of the poster itself.

So, be sure to tell me what you think in the comment section below!

This is a non-commercial project.
