We observed that the original Instagram icon which was an ellipses; an indication of omitted words or incomplete thoughts was too vague in indicating the actions of the button.So we replaced the original icon with an "i" symbol which is commonly associated with more information, thus making users more aware of information or actions that occur when the button is selected. We maintained the icon aesthetic of Instagram through the use of the single icon style trend.
Story Board 1:

2 points rotate in circular motion drawing the enclosure.
Top point remains in centre later forming the tittle of the letter "i" symbol.
Story Board 2:
Animation principle; appeal
Top point and bottom point merge with middle point.
Middle point expands and closes to reveal the final logo in the form of a wink.
Story Board 3:
Animation principle; secondary action
The top point rotates and the fill disappears.
Top point expands and forms into an enclosure.
The enclosure separates to form an upward stroke, it then hits against the second point which bounces on the first point .The first point bounces on the circumference of the enclosure and bounces back to merge with the second point.
