We created a graphics package for Superbowl 52. It included a 5sec. intro animation, wall graphics, and full screen templates.
Superbowl 52 was held in the U.S. Bank Stadium, home of the Minnesota Viking’s. Now, the temperature in Minnesota during the winter is notorious for being extremely cold. Most call it a “Tundra.” However, if you looked at the NFL’s official branding for Superbowl 52, you would feel more like in “Sunny” Miami and NOT Minnesota. The NFL used light blues, purples and pinks for their branding…
We wanted to bring a cold, toughness to the Superbowl. We used a distressed, grunge look and primarily used white to simulate the look of a snow storm; to make you feel that you were out in the cold. For the two teams, we used Championship colors: gold and black to remind you the Lombardi trophy was on the line.
