Based on Mr. Bruzafo's approach (a fictional persona for the subject Recursos y comunidades digitales of Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC)), and taking Diversity and inclusive design as the basis to work, we have created a multi-level proposal according to the needs of the target audience and the opportunities of the contractor.
What is Inclusive Design?
The inclusive design is making the design something universal, accessible to all the public, with functional diversity or not. Moreover, we believe that it is one of the most important points in which the design has to be focused, because it is about people: it affects in a more direct way to people, especially people who may have different needs.

After all, inclusive design seeks to develop and offer products and services that can be used and required by as many users as possible, understanding that the entire population is composed of people of different ages, sexes, needs and abilities.

What we want?
Expand the catalog of products and services offered not only for people with special needs, but also to as many people as possible, with functional diversity or not. Therefore, we bring 3 interrelated proposals that expand the company's products and services.

These proposals can be implemented from the beginning or in phases, depending on the degree of risk that Mr. Brufazo want to take and the responses of the customers, both current and new that will arise.

Strategic analysis
The improvement proposals have different strategic lines among which are adapted, survival and offensive. That as a whole would offer an adaptation with growth capacity.

Adaptive: it is proposed to redesign the web, SEO positioning, implementation of analytical tools, social media marketing and content generation to be a benchmark in the sector.

Create a web-to-print space that allows to offer services to people with mobility problems and at the same time allow international expansion in a friendly and comfortable way.

Survival: improve through internal training the transfer of the Khow how to guarantee non-dependence. As well as offering continuous training that allows constant innovation. At the same time, we improve communication among workers favoring the integration of those who have some kind of disability.

Offensive: include and expand the services currently offered, obtain machinery that allows us to offer more services such as: braille, packaging and large-format printing of non-solvent base (decreasing allergens and contributing to the environment). Being able to expand the client portfolio.

While thinking about a possibility of business diversification, the integration of a 3D printer is offered, favoring the generation of new products and services.

What we propose?
· Creation of a technological department and continuous training, internal and external.
· Acquisition of new machinery to offer new services and expand the client portfolio.
· Implementation of machinery in order to diversify the business.

Conclusions
The first conclusion we draw about the subject is novelty. Graphic design is an issue in constant evolution and in recent years, with the technological improvements and with the information revolution we are experiencing, being up to date is essential. The creation of the training and web management department will keep the staff and the company up-to-date in order to be a benchmark in the market.

The second conclusion refers to the lack of integration that technologies still have in people with functional diversity, for example. And in the way that technologies are evolving and the benefits that can be derived from graphic design, we believe that with the ideas made, it will contribute to integration, giving access to people who previously do not have it.
