Office Refurbishment, Fit-out. 3.500sqm, £7M. Completed June 2007
The brief was to turn a former 5 storey postal, sorting office into the new headquarters of
Network Rail. This included a complete overhaul of the existing M&E services, new IT/IS provision and IT Comms
rooms, as well as new facilities including a new kitchen and staff canteen, staff meeting rooms, breakout spaces,
tea points.
