Filming & Editing
Abstract Film:
tasked to film and edit an abstract piece so with that in mind my partner Leiona Lee Tupou and I decided that we would film inside of M block building at Toi ohomai. This was done so we could get use to holding and setting up the video cameras as well as giving us a chance to learn how to work premiere pro cc.
Creep:
The purpose of this film was to create a story board/plot or a shoot list off the footage you were taking. This also gave me another opportunity to learn some techniques (E.G colour correction and colour changes and how slow down and speed up a clips duration) during the editing process. The reason for it being a silent film is because I couldn’t find any music or sound that suited the video thus turning it to a silent film.
Bellyful Promotion:
Bellyful is an organisation that help new families and distressed mothers. Here is the promotion I directed and filmed at the charities request. The purpose of this short promotional video was to advertise for more Volunteers.
