Viva La Vida: Epic Cinematic Version
Driven by the idea to use a popular top chart hit song and transform it into a movie soundtrack, I created this cinematic version of Viva La Vida by Coldplay. After analysing the music for a while, I selected various elements of the original composition that gave identity to the song. The goal always in mind was to keep Viva La Vida recognizable within the new version. There is a story being told along the cinematic piece, a journey. I can say it is divided into three major pieces: The Monotonous Intro, The Breakthrough Discovery and The King's Resolution March.
