Conscious Competence Theory Video
This video was created to deliver training related to the Conscious Competence theory to millennials (ages 20-34) who are beginning a new role at a fictitious company within Instructional Design. This project incorporated script writing to meet the needs of the audience, creation of related graphics, and effective video production skills in order to produce a successful final product.
