Before and after comparisons usually denote a change, a physical adaptation that demonstrates things have moved from one state to another in a significant way. Those tangible shifts are equaled by changes in perception. The admonition to "seek and you will find" is so powerfully true. In almost any urban environment the senses can be overwhelmed to where we speed read over the interesting details all around us. The amazing part is that once you "seek" you can't help but find. Again you'll be overwhelmed – but in a good way.
