2012 Picture of the Week - Week 15:

The entire area has been dry for some time now so even hints of rain are well received. The skies had stormy potential practically all day – clouding over then breaking for blue and sun. Showers were minimal and scattered. What should have been strictly an indoor shoot had exterior components added due to the drama of the cumulonimbus and the power of the sun. Nature is more than a backdrop in this instance. Both Rachel and the firmament vied for camera time with brilliant performances.
