The Endangered Species Act helps protect endangered wildlife and habitats. This is without question. Republican lawmakers are currently working to chip away at the Endangered Species Act. I created the images in this ongoing series "Success Stories from the Endangered Species Act" in response to the House Natural Resources Committee Chairman Rob Bishop's (R- Utah) comment that the Endangered Species Act “It has never been used for the rehabilitation of species. It’s been used to control the land.”
