Hubble Space Telescope 25 Year Anniversary | Poster Design
Here I have designed a poster to celebrate the 25 years that the Hubble Space Telescope has been in service. I incorporated a modern-futuristic style to display that the old telescope is still fascinating to stargazers of all ages.
The whimsical design is accessible to children, but is structured and balanced enough to be visually pleasing to adults as well. The poster is balanced by tones of gray typically seen in astronomical technology, but is punctuated with vibrant hues representative of the field of astronomy.
My starting template for the planets and the foundation process work I used to build the telescope in Illustrator:
