US ELECTION 2012

When Obama came to power in the US in 2008, the country had one thing; hope.  For many, that hope has been replaced by Austerity.  Playing on the idea of the Faded Glory of Americana, the team created a brand which displays a worn, distressed face to the world

After the initial explorations, it was decided to follow the route of neon and billboards
From an original heavy graphic treatment the brand initially became much simpler

We began to explore the possibility of all info graphics being in situ on location

Eventually, the billboard premise came to the fore and we created a route which demonstrates faded glory without editorialising the brand.  A graphic billboard with a loose in situ presence allows us to focus on the information and keep our info graphic style clean, clear and crisp.
The final campaign brand features a simple location background, a detailed yet graphic representation of the billboard premise, together with simple info graphic style information representation and stylisticly blends perfectly with the results lower third device and the premium side panels.
