I was inspired by a marionette, which reminded me of people's relationships. In Korea, many companies often suffocate employees’ creativity. Specifically, bosses discriminate against employees. If bosses instruct a person to do something, then employees must follow orders.  I chose a marionette because it represents the employees who are controlled by the employers.  I thought it was a big problem. I think the relationship between bosses and employees should be equal.
