Watercolor Rendering Practice

Watercolor Rendering: The above color wheels were rendered with watercolors to depict the Johannes-Itten color wheel with both a pure color wheel and a color wheel that varies in saturation based on the amount of water used.
Watercolor Rendering: The six cubes are each rendered with water color to depict three shades per cube: dark, medium and light shaded faces. I was able to vary the saturation by the amount of water used on each face.
Watercolor Rendering- Waco 52: For the assignment we were told to select two buildings in Waco, Texas to draw in perspective and render with water colors. The building above is known as "The Castle"- I, first, drew the building in perspective with graphite, flooded it with color and then highlighted it with pen.
Watercolor Rendering- Waco 52: The above image depicts the second location I chose to draw and render- The Waco Hippodrone. I followed the same process as mentioned above: I drew the picture in perspective, watercolored and then added pen accents.
