I designed a home monitoring dashboard app. I decided that the main parts of the home to monitor would be lights, temperature, security, and appliances.

Users would either want to change these parts of their home individually per room or for the whole house and so the dashboard had to be built for both scenarios. Users can select a room from the floorplan at the top of the dashboard to change parts of that room, or users can choose one of the two buttons at the bottom to affect the whole house.
