"Cariñena" is a little town in Zaragoza, well known in Spain for its wine. The most notable feature of this area is a wind called "Cierzo", a wind from the north that has as its inhabitants, a strong character, and also is cold and dry and he brings these characteristics to this wine.
The illustrations for this project are inspirated by these conditions. They are creatures of the air, birds that are easy to see in this territory that have adapted to this rough and noble environment.
