Mr. Ninnie (CTE)  wrote and administrated an application to the Dutchess County Department of Planning Community Development Block Grant Program for the Village of Fishkill. The funds were requested for the replacement of concrete sidewalks within the Village of Fishkill. This was another phase of the 2000-2001 grant program for sidewalk rehabilitation.  administration for the grant and bid packages as well as construction administration for several locations within the Village of Fishkill for sidewalk rehabilitation

Village of Fishkill, New York Grant Application for Merritt  and Schuyler Boulevard Sidewalk and Roadway Improvements, Village of Fishkill, New York

Mr. Ninnie (CTE)  wrote and administrated an application to the Dutchess County Department of Planning Industrial Access Program for the Village of Fishkill. The funds were requested for the enhanced roadway access improvements  for Merritt and Schuyler Boulevard and install sidewalks for the Old Navy / Gap Project,  within the Village of Fishkill. Road improvements were from 2 lane to 4 lane access for the 2 million sq. ft. Old Navy/GAP distribution facility. Mr. Ninnie (CTE) supplied all the plans, specifications and administration for the grant and bid packages as well as construction administration for several locations within the Village of Fishkill for sidewalk rehabilitation

Village of Fishkill CD 2003 Grant Application – Givens Lane Parking Lot, Village of Fishkill, New York

Mr. Ninnie (CTE)  wrote and administrated an application to the Dutchess County Department of Planning Community Development Block Grant Program for the Village of Fishkill.  The funds were requested to construct a new 39 car lot with underground drainage recharge system, lighting, landscaping and sidewalks for enhanced Mai Street  customer parking for Main Street Businesses. Mr. Ninnie (CTE) supplied all the plans, specifications and administration for the grant and bid packages as well as construction administration for several locations within the Village of Fishkill for sidewalk rehabilitation

Ongoing Community Grant Infrastructure Program, Village of Fishkill, New York

CTE ( MR. NINNIE) was involved on a yearly basis in pursuing; coordinating and implementing the continuous acquisition of grants for ongoing Village sidewalk and roadway improvements plan as it related to the

 community Master Plan. CTE ( MR. NINNIE) provided oversight for the Community Block Grant Program from application, design, bidding construction and inspection to final punch out.  Implemented change orders and administered all paperwork associated with contractor completion, compliance and payment.
