L'ÉCOLE VAN CLEEF & ARPELS
As a tribute to the Jade Rabbit legend of China, I designed and produced the Spirit of Virtue necklace for L’ÉCOLE Van Cleef & Arpels Hong Kong Legacy Program 2016. I believe that the power of my design lies in its blending of visual stimulation and delicate craftsmanship. In this way it captures the story’s essence in a unique manner, since it previously travelled time through words and pictures alone.
在 <<Spirit of Virtue>> 項鏈上，我需要全情專注把代表善意的經典標誌 ,運用 設計和製作重新演繹。因為玉兔的傳說一向都只是以文字及圖片流傳，而這項鏈我使用顏色及雕塑的獨 特手法 耒 表現出故事的精髓。 這個作品的特點﹐在於強烈的藝術觀點與精湛的技巧互相融合，創造出能夠體現真善、美麗及優雅的形態藝術品。

Final 'Spirit of Virtue' Necklace. Sterling silver plated in blue, black and white rhodium, and Rose Gold. Set with labradorite, green tourmalines, sapphires, diamonds, jade, moonstone, and ruby.
This was a winning design that earned exclusive workshop classes with esteemed jewellery professors. Exhibited in The Qube at PMQ Hong Kong in March 2016. Continuing exhibition at L’ÉCOLE Van Cleef & Arpels, Paris.
