Many greeting cards:
a personal project
In August 2016 I started a daily personal project with pretty simple rules: every day, make one (1) greeting card. For the purposes of this exercise, a "greeting card" can be any piece of paper, of any dimension, and must include a handdrawn or handmade element. Simple.
After November, the "daily" aspect of the project sort of petered off due to other commitments (um, hello holiday functions), but I've ended up with a collection of 90ish cards (and still making/counting!) of varying degrees of promise (or, shitness). Some of these may grow up to become professionally printed matter.
For the holiday season 2016, I had 4 designs printed and I mailed out a whole stack of cards (in blush pink envelopes) to friends, family, and clients. I think we can all agree snail mail is actually the best.
