For those that don't know, I have family that lives in Southern Illinois. I always love to travel for weddings, but this destination was one that is near and dear to my heart. Majority of my family lives there, and it's always a blessing to get to see my grandparents and family! So, when I came across Mercedes and Joseph's wedding in Effingham, Illinois, I had to reach out! I knew it was a long shot, but you never know until you try. Mercedes e-mailed me right back, and said she would love to book me for her wedding. I was thrilled! I get to travel, do what I love, and visit family all at once? Hello, dream job. Since Mercedes, Joseph, and I lived far away from each other, we didn't get a chance to meet before the wedding day. When I arrived, Mercedes and Joseph were just a beautiful on the inside as they were on the outside. They were so sweet, so accomodating, and so flexible. Their wedding was beautiful, their family was beautiful, and the wedding party was stunning. I know I've said it over and over again, but I really can't thank them enough for having me drive all the way to their wedding day. It's very appreciated.
