For this challenge I went for some coffee at Bernardi Café. I talked to the barista and one customer and got some insights about their coffee and tea drinking. I wrote some of their quotes below and then I sketched some ideas to solve their common problems. I want to ask at least the barista what he thinks about the ideas I sketched so I probably will go back tomorrow and ask for some feedback.
