Suggested Usage (Separation Tests)

A work for the printed page resting nervously between instructional text for a workshop and transcription for a motivational speech. Created for the tabloid-format artist’s publication Sunday 26th, which was printed in an edition of 2000 and released as a free paper in conjunction with the exhibition Frames and Stages at Göteborgs konsthall in May 2013.

While continuously inciting the destruction of the work in its printed form, and to newsprint in general, by a selection of shearing tools, the narrative part of the work uses a tone of voice which is open and helpful in an attempt of bridging positions of do–goodism and agitation.
Detail of the title, printed vertically to work as a cutting movement in relation to the other text
Detail of newsprint being cut by straight razor, as suggested in the text
