This is an Advanced Architecture Studio Research Project (University of Florida, fall 2012). The purpose of it was to explore the opportunities for future development of Parramore neighborhood (Orlando, FL) so that it can be beneficial for both - future residents of new development Creative Village and current residents of the neighboorhood while minimizing gentrification effect - a phenomenon when residents of lower social class being replaced by the welth during an implementation of a development project in historical neighborhoods.

The education zone is suggested to bring the balance to Parramore zone stimulating econimic and life style improvement of current residents providing them with opportunities for economical and personal growth.
