As an exercise of mapping a place - Avenida dos Aliados - the result was a creation of infographics. The process begun to make a study in the field. What came up of the whole, was the coat of arms spread around the avenue.
The visual richness and the history around this pieces made me work around them.
The final result was a deconstruction of the elements that compose the coat of arms
that I found.
This elements are grouped in categories and subcategories (shield, castles, crowns, etc.) where I added information as type of entity or type of coat of arms (Simple = One Entity; Compound = Two Entities).
Specifications: Secondary elements or the one repeated many times are in grey (putting them in a secondary layer). The highlights in yellow and blue are names of shapes linked to the universal heraldry. Final Poster: format A0
