NSW Government’s Department of Finances, Services, and Innovation (DFSI) was undertaking a staff culture and change program entitled “Making DFSI a great place to work”.
They needed a way to communicate to staff the new direction that the organisation was taking.
Melhuish&Co rebranded DFSI by using the metaphor of a paper plane. The old way of working was folded and thrown in a new direction.
