These are some of my final illustrations made for my final major project at UCA Farnham. We were given the freedom to pick our own theme as long as it was something we were passionate about. I decided to do my project based on my diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder (Asperger's Syndrome) and decided to try and communicate some of the struggles I have and sometimes still face on a daily basis with a more colourful and light-hearted approach. I received a lot of good feedback on this project and was lucky enough to have two of the illustrations (1 and 4) printed on the front and back cover of my course's annual catalogue, which was handed out at our final exhibition and the New Designers show in Islington, London.
1. Sensory Overload - Clothing
2. Time Management
3. Eye Contact
4. Literal thinking - "Stand on your toes."
5. Sensory Overload II - Touch and Spacial Awareness
6. Broken Routine
