Train of Fire is an artist book, based on the lyrics of a russian song by the same title. The song was very popular around the time I was born and evokes powerful associations; the book also has a quote by T.S.Eliot at the beginning. Techniques which were used here are lino-cut and silkscreen on Mohawk Superfine paper, text was hand-rendered. The book consists of two parts (two separate smaller books), one in English, the other in Russian, hand bound and stored in a simple grey case; size is 12×12″.
