Co-founded, self-initiated and successfully organized a fundraiser to help mountain villages in Nepal affected by the devastating 2015 earthquake. Created marketing strategies to promote this event, inspiring others to help on a local level. Founded the “Give a Prayer” flag project to raise awareness about Nepal through art. Today those handmade prayer flags hang in the mountain village of Thame, Nepal.
