Il mio ruolo: progettazione architettonica, modellazione 3D, rendering ed editing dell'immagine, disegno architettonico e progettazione grafica.

Un progetto per un luogo segnato dagli eventi della Grande Guerra eppure relegato in una posizione apparentemente marginale. Lo scopo è l'espressione di una testimonianza. Sulla sommità del Monte Verena sorgono i resti dell'omonimo forte, il primo colpo di cannone della Grande Guerra su suolo italiano fu esploso qui. Ai piedi del monte si trova attualmente un'ampia zona di pascolo. L'intervento vuole esaltare la realtà e l'eredità del sito, evitando ogni invasione, tramite la predisposizione di un punto culturale provvisto di servizi che consentano ai visitatori di fermarsi per comprenderle.

Il complesso è composto da diverse unità: due edifici di accoglienza, gli infopoint; un ristorante e una foresteria, costituita da piccoli moduli abitativi; una malga accostata al proprio negozio, in modo da preservare attività di produzione che hanno correntemente luogo nel sito. L'ultima parte è un edificio addossato al fronte del bosco, un luogo di memoria e informazione, una sorta di piccolo mausoleo solcato da feritoie.

My tasks: architectural design and planning, 3D modeling, rendering and image editing, architectural drawings and graphic design.

A project for a place deeply marked by the Great War, and yet relegated to a seemingly marginal position. The purpose is the expression of a witness. On the summit of Monte Verena stand the remains of the Fort of the same name, the first cannon shot of Great War on italian ground was exploded here. At the foot of the mountain there is currently a large grazing area. The project wants to enhance the nature and the heritage of the site, avoiding any invasion, through the realization of a cultural center provided with services that allow visitors to stop and understand them.

The complex consists of several units: two reception buildings, the infopoints; the restaurant and the guestrooms, small housing units; a farm approached at its shop, in order to preserve production activities that have currently place in the site. The last part of the project is a building leaning against the front of the forest, a place of memory and information, a sort of small mausoleum furrowed by embrasures.
