This brief was for a Visual Narrative class and it was required that I listen to a chosen piece of audio and create a comic.
I was inspired by Radio National’s podcast ‘Isolation solitude confinement happiness freedom domain.’

This comic is a visual representation of the persona’s journey through his subconscious while in a floatation tank. I focused on the subconscious as a fluid form, therefore I used block ink mark-making techniques to create this imagery, then positioned each image within the 5x7 grid.
