Core City deliver boutique residential and commercial projects in Auckland, New Zealand. Their most recent project offers a new level of sophisticated apartment living in the heart of the city. Branding and marketing collateral were required to clearly communicate this and attract prospective buyers. We developed the brand and visual outlook to reflect the modern and clear lines of the architecture but at the same time paid homage to the greenery in which the building is surrounded by. Jasmine foliage was used throughout the brochure, which was offset by peach hues and beautifully crafted renders.
