Electronic Arts: FIFA'16

FIFA 16 is the latest offering from computer games publisher Electronic Arts with this year featuring Female players following the great success of the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Canada. The game is available globally and is playable on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and mobile platforms Android and iOS.


The project for Tapestry starts way before the street date with material generated for the E3 conference in the U.S such as game mockups, posters, booth concepts, digital advertising and exhibition arena branding. Pre-order Material followed shortly to create the campaign awareness, which includes all areas of our services including creative, retouching and artwork.
 
A new addition to this years game included a cover vote for consumers to choose the pack talent from a pool of players created by the Tapestry retouching team. The team were required to generate all player talent to choose from, for 5 of the 17 territories and to supply media assets surrounding the vote via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Once the public votes rolled in and the winners were decided, the main talent retouching exercise could begin for the final campaign. Global talent executions and 15 campaign awareness executions, were then created before our artwork team generated the retail packaging you purchase in store today, which globally consisted of over 1100 artwork assets across packaging and downloadable content for 17 territories.

Our single biggest project of the year spanning 8 months of planning and production is something we at Tapestry are very proud of indeed.
