The 9Now project was designed to bring Channel 9 content to it's fans anytime, anywhere and on any device, streaming both live TV (simulcast with broadcast and ad hoc special events) and catch-up TV.
I worked with a team of designers and developers to define, design, and build the UX and UI across iOS (phone, tablet, Apple TV), Android (multiple phones and tablets), responsive web and various OTT connected devices including Samsung TV, Roku and PS3.
Features and product enhancments are still being rolled out based on backlogs and user testing and data analysed since launching across platforms in January 2016. Below are a series of artefacts reflecting the progress of the UX and UI from the initial inception of the project through to launch.
