Spring 2016 Final Project

This is the floor plan for the townhouse for my Final project. We were handed the outline of the floor plan on a 1/8 inch scale, we then had to blow it up to 1/4 inch and added rooms and funiture. The right floorplan is for the first floor and the left floorplan is for the second floor. If I could fix anything on this floorplan I would try and make the lettering better.
This is my version of the exterior elevartion. The client asked for a tradition style home. I chose to do a brick stuco mix. I think the brick contrasts nicely witht he stuco and gives it a more tradition look. I did simple landscaping on the side to show what the twon home could potentially look like. The shutters and covered porch are made from a wood, the upper part of the house is made of panels with a normal shingle roof.
This is the interior elevation for my toen house, it was dwon for a traditional style home, It is very simple, with the normal subway tiling and stainless steel appliances. In this elevation I am also showing a version of  eutorage with a scale figure.
This is a one-point perspecive of what the downstairs office might look like, the room is small yet functional. It was a built-in bookshelf with a filing cabinet and desk.

This is a two-point perspective of my kitchen. It shows a scale model of what the kitchen might look like in real life. Although you cannot see the lower cabinets and oven or dishwasher, it is still a good representation of the kitchen.
