Solitude is my shelter when I need calm and space.
I explore my surroundings. I carefully hear all the sounds. I try to distinguish and analyze each one of them. Splashes of water, people walking on the infinite trail made of billions of tiny stones, a dog barking near the sea, a voice somewhere…
I observe life from the distance. As a spectator.
Above all, the wind is roaring. I can hear the sound of my thoughts for a few moments.
It’s not raining but my face, my hair, my hands are wet. Infinite particles of water dance in the wind.
If I close my eyes, I can dive deep in my soul and explore its boundaries. Time slows down and gradually loses of meaning.
Solitude is like a parallel world. Just like underwater. Everything becomes distant and muted.
