These were all sketched and painted while I sailed up and down the eastern US as a crew member on the Kalmar Nyckel. During my first year on the ship, I was still "learning the ropes" but still found lots of time to paint! All paintings are watercolor and ink, using a travel supply set that I kept in my bag.
