A Conference Hotel in Arlington to Attract Business
This is a project I completed in the spring of 2012 in graduate school.   The idea was to build a large conference hotel located on the U.T.A. campus that would attract meetings and gatherings to Arlington and create revenue for the city as well as the institution.  The program contained many attractive features:  large ballroom, audotorium, three different restaraunts, bars, lounges, a pool, courtyard, as many various offices, conference spaces, and classrooms for incoming clients to enjoy.
