I only present this work as an indicator of how a tactical campaign execution we created was presented.

The advent of health care reform presented a big challenge to Blue Cross. Not only in compliance with the new law..  but with the uncertainty and confusion felt by the public with the imminent changes to health care. We created this campaign to help position Blue Cross as trusted leader that would guide consumers through this tumultuous period.
