Gentrification could very well be the most exchanged word in San Francisco in 2015. As a researcher, I have had the privelege of delving into the topic. As a policy researcher at an affordable housing coalition in San Francisco, I tracked the displacement of distinct San Francisco populations. One of my most comprehensive study on displacement mapped SOMA's artists and creators. I also spend my time analyzing affordable housing trends within San Francisco.
