Planified Clay
Planified Clay is a mix of faience/porcelain and paper that allows working on ceramics with minimum thicknesses, because the paper's fibers gives more structure to clay when it's time to mould. My research focus is relate paper sheet and porcelain so I've started to make solid figures and his nets on paper and cardboard. Later these shapes were transported to polypropylene as moulds. This way I could conform porcelain with practically paper thicknesses. Later I've continued this process on Cimento project for my MA thesis.
