The project consists in the creation of an oak cutting board with walnut inserts. The object presents a drain on the surface and an oblique cut on one of the shorter side meant for the plate on which the freshly cut food will be moved in an easier way. The cutting board has been polished and refined with specific food oil.
Il progetto consiste nella realizzazione di un tagliere da cucina in rovere con inserti in noce. L’oggetto presenta un canale di scolo sulla superficie per raccogliere l’acqua prodotta e un taglio obliquo su un lato corto in modo da inserire un piatto per facilitare lo spostamento dei cibi tagliati. Il tagliere è stato levigato e rifinito con olio specifico per alimenti.
