While Director of Marketing and Branding for sweetFrog I was responsible for developing marketing strategies, plans, tactics plus the execution and deployment of all on behalf of our 300+ franchisees and 75+ corporate stores. Each quarter we hosted a national franchisee meeting where I would share our marketing tactics for the upcoming quarter and a glimpse of our marketing plan for next 12-18 months. The plans included in-store print and digital campaigns, new product launches and supporting national print and digital campaigns. The following presentation was the outline for the winter 2015 meeting.
