This piece shows a werewolf during a transformation. I used the patina to show the disease of the werewolf taking over.

This was my first time bronze casting, and the casting processes was modified slightly for the environment and equipment we had available.

First, we had to draw our vision.
Next, we made our objects out of clay.
The Pour
Next, we made molds around our pieces and pulled the clay out.
After cooking the molds, we were ready to pour,
which I had the opportunity to participate in.
Next, were had to smooth the surface.
This revealed the smooth shiny characteristics of the bronze.
Lastly, was the patina.
I only added the patina onto the wolf to create the illusion of the wolf as a different being.
