The existing property was an early 20th Century bungalow that had been poorly extended throughout its life span. MBA* has been commissioned to design a replacement dwelling to become the new farm house. The site is situated in Greenbelt and there are stunning views out into the countryside. As such additional living space has been supplied at first floor level to allow the family to enjoy their wonderful surroundings.
