The design of the poster was inspired by Rolex watch advertisements but the simpleness
was inspired by Paul Rand's quote "Design is so simple, that is why it is so complicated."
The watch was from a photograph taken in class, which was edited to attain a better
quality photo and to scale the watch larger in order to fit the poster correctly. The quote was
from an interview with Paul Rand and is a well known quote of his.
