Floods Change The Subject

For about ten years, I have been visiting a Beach Called "Beer-Can Beach". The day I came across that Beach I thought I had been transported to a kind of "paradise". There was a complete stump sitting upright on the rocks,pebbles,and sand beach. The hollows and configurations amazed me, and in my mind I wanted to be reduced to "mini-sized" in order to explore the maze of roots. I continued to use this "stump" s my subject. Last Weekend i discovered that high water/flooding had broken my subject into two beaautiful pieces. The beat goes on! Cheers, Lynn Kenneth Pecknold.
