(Only a concept) Gallo Guapo–handsome rooster–is a restaurant inspired by the Latin American cuisine, but also serves authentic dishes. The food in Gallo Guapo draws inspiration mainly from Mexico, Venezuela, and Bolivia. In a mix of flavors that come from different regions of the continent, Gallo Guapo, is an exciting fusion of traditions and flavors coming together to meet in the table of the costumers; and in the brand of the restaurant itself. The rooster is an emblematic symbol of culture around the world and specially in the Latin American countries. Very few aspects of so many cultures overlap like the rooster, this is the reason I decided to illustrate the rooster and make it a mark for this restaurant.
