This is a sample of sketches that I did for an award winning project named "Urban Renewal Reconsidered and Renewed". The project won Outstanding Student Project Award from Western and Upstate New York Chapter of American Planning Association. These sketches are a part of design guidelines and masterplans sections of the whole project.
